At Pasticceria Perret, a veritable institution since 1964, Stefano Vassoney has reinvented Cogne’s traditional dessert, Crema di Cogne. Other delicacies of the region include Cogne's Mécoulén ( the enriched sweet fruit breads), the milk breads and the cookies named after the town's inhabitants: cogneins and cogneintze.
